What we do not do
We do not use profiling or third-party cookies, we do not embed content from other sites (videos, maps, social media) and we do not send newsletters or promotional communications. The share buttons are plain links: the social network is contacted only if you use them, and from then on its own privacy notice applies. The contact form’s anti-spam check runs on the site itself, with no external services. Job applications go through our careers site, which has its own privacy notice.
3. Providing your data
Browsing data is necessary to visit the site. In the contact form, name, email and message are needed to reply to you: without them we cannot follow up on your request. Statistics are optional and start only with your consent.
4. Who receives the data
The data is processed by authorized ITDM S.r.l. staff and by the providers of our hosting, email and statistics, appointed as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR). It may be disclosed to the authorities where required by law. It is not disseminated.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place only with the safeguards required by the GDPR (European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, Articles 45 and 46). To find out whether and where transfers take place you can write to info@itdmgroup.it.
6. Automated decisions
There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability (Articles 15-20 GDPR), and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21). You can withdraw your consent to statistics at any time from the “Cookies and preferences” link, without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise your rights write to info@itdmgroup.it: we reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
8. Cookies
Details on cookies are on the Cookies and preferences page.
